Ca. 2 km vom Haus liegt der Badestrand Feddet mit Campingplatz, Spielplatz, Rastaurant und Eis-Kiosk. Keine Vermietung an Handwerkergruppen.

La casa está decorada con colores vivos y fue ampliada y modernizada en 2003. La cocina es de 2014. Hay aire acondicionado de bajo consumo. Amplia terraza donde poder asar y disfrutar de las tardes de verano con las luces apagadas sobre el agua. Aprox. A 2 km de la casa se encuentra la buena playa para bañarse Feddet con camping, parque infantil, restaurante y quiosco de helados. No se alquila a grupos de artesanos.
