Kombinierter Küchen-/Wohnbereich mit Essecke und Zugang zur Terrasse davor. Die technische Ausstattung ist zeitgemäß, u.a. mit WLAN, Flachbild-TV, deutschen TV-Sendern und Playstation. Auch die Küche ist zeitgemäß eingerichtet, u.a. mit Heißluftofen und Mikrowelle.
