"A holiday home in Riccione, Adriatic coast for 4 persons that finds place in a 1900s villa in a central yet peaceful position. It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen cum dining area and living area & 2 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. It is an ideal accommodation for families. The villa is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning (from end June to end August), dish-washer, oven, safe, balcony or private courtyard. It also has a pool with bubble bath (from June to mid-September) and some parking places (to be requested on booking). Free WiFi also available. The promenade of Viale Dante (300m) and the promenade of Viale Ceccarini (500m) are nearby. Beach is only 150 m away from the holiday home. Riccione is famous for the perfectly serviced beaches, the spa baths, and the water parks. The famous water parks, Aquafan and Perle d'Acqua Park are 3 km and 2 km away respectively. Small pets accepted on request (extra charge).

Villa Lidia ist eine Residenz, die aus einer alten Villa umstrukturiert wurde. Die Gegend, wo die Villa Lidia entstand, ist zentral und ruhig (Catalani Strasse) aber gleichzeitig nur 150 Mt vom Strand, 500 Mt von Viale Ceccarini. Villa Lidia verfügt über Schwimmbad mit einer Zone für Unterwassermassage (von Juni bis Mitte September), parkplatz (solange es welche gibt) ca 150 Mt vom Residence entfernt. Der Parkplatz muss bei der Buchung mitbestellt werden. Dieses Apartmenthaus empfehlen wir für Familien. Haustiere akzeptiert gegen Gebühr. Die Wohnungen sind sehr gut eingerichtet und befinden sich auf ein oder zwei Etagen. Die Wohnungen im Erdgeschoss haben eigenen Hof. Riccione, 'Die grüne Perle der Adria'. Die Stadt wird so genannt wegen ihren Gärten, Parkanlagen und den luxuriösen Villen des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts. Eine faszinierende mondäne Szene in dem exklusiven Zentrum mit seiner berühmten 'Viale Ceccarini' wo sich 'a la mode' Boutiques, Cafes, Restaurants und Nachtlokale befinden. Riccione ist der Ort für einen angenehmen und erholsamen Urlaub, wo die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Menschen ein Teil ist ihrer Gastfreundschaft.. Cuenta con 2 dormitorios, cocina y zona de estar y sala de estar y 2 baños se extendieron en 2 plantas. Es un ideal Alojamiento para familias. La villa está equipada con TV vía satélite, aire acondicionado (desde finales de junio hasta fin de agosto), lavadora, horno, caja fuerte, balcón o patio privado. También cuenta con una piscina con jacuzzi (de junio a mediados de septiembre) y algunos lugares de estacionamiento (a solicitar en la reserva). WiFi gratis también disponible. El paseo marítimo de Viale Dante (300m) y el paseo marítimo de Viale Ceccarini (500 m) están cerca. La playa está a solo 150 m de la casa de vacaciones. Riccione es famoso por las playas perfectamente con servicio, los baños de spa y los parques acuáticos. Los famosos parques acuáticos, el parque Aquafan y Perle D'Acqua están a 3 km y a 2 km, respectivamente. Pequeñas mascotas aceptadas bajo petición (cargo extra).
Villa Lidia est une villa du siècle passé entièrement restructurée. Villa Lidia est situé en position centrale et tranquille (rue Catalani), à seulement 150m de la plage et 500m de Viale Ceccarini. Villa Lidia dispose de piscine avec sa zone hydro massage (de juin à mi-septembre)et quelques place de parking privé à 150 m. environ (demander au moment de la réservation). Les animaux de compagnie sont permis sur demande (payante). La résidence s'adresse à une clientèle familiale. Les logements peuvent être disposés sur 1 ou 2 étages avec escalier tournant. Riccione est connue comme la "Perle Verte" de l'Adriatique pour ses magnifiques parcs et villas du 19e siècle. À Riccione il ya beaucoup à faire, Viale Ceccarini dans le centre est une longue rue pleine de boutiques exclusives, bars et restaurants. Riccione est l'endroit idéal pour un séjour agréable et relaxant où l'amabilité et la chaleur des habitants fait partie de leur hospitalité. La spiaggia è a soli 150 mt. Gli appartamenti sono rinnovati di recente, sono moderni e confortevoli con aria condizionata (da fine giugno a fine agosto). Alcuni appartamenti bilocali sono disposti su due livelli con camera da letto soppalcata e scala a chiocciola interna. La piscina ha una zona idromassaggio (da giugno a metà settembre). Ci sono posti auto limitati (da richiedere alla prenotazione) in parcheggio privato a ca 150 metri dalla residenza. Animali domestici ammessi di piccola taglia (a pagamento). Residenza indirizzata ad una clientela di tipo famigliare. Riccione è famosa come la 'Perla Verde' dell'Adriatico per bellezza dei suoi parchi e per le ottocentesche ville signorili, Riccione è un vero e proprio salotto mondano che culmina nell'esclusività del centro di viale Ceccarini con le sue boutiques, ristoranti e locali alla moda. Riccione invita ad una vacanza mare divertente e rilassante in un luogo dove la cordialità ed il calore della gente nasce da una innata tradizione di ospitalità. Oltre alla spiaggia dai mille servizi dedicati alle famiglie, al rinomato centro termale ed al famoso parco acquatico 'Aquafan', Riccione offre 'Oltremare', parco tematico che vuol essere un omaggio al pianeta ed al nostro mare e 'Imax', il cinema come non si è mai visto.
