The 2-room apartment is located in the villa "Heimkehr" on Katharinenstraße, a dead end (second last house before the end of the street). The apartment is therefore very quiet. The bedroom is on the side facing away from the street. Behind the house a footpath leads directly to the north beach (distance approx. 400m). The bright apartment with the high ceilings lives up to the name "homecoming" because you really feel like you've come home when you enter! From the entrance you reach the living room with a beautiful bay window (with a large window front with "winter garden fyling") which is used as a dining area. The cream-colored kitchen is visually separated to the left. It is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4 ceramic hobs and dishwasher. From the bedroom you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the neighbor's park. The bright upholstered bed has a comfortable entry height (senior-friendly). There is a second large television (cable television) here. There is additional sleeping space in the living room (the sofa can be converted into a bed). From the bedroom you can access the balcony, from which you can sit in a beach chair and enjoy the sunset over the Baltic Sea. There is a free parking space directly at the house. Our guests have access to a foldable handcart and WiFi free of charge! A coin-operated washing machine and coin-operated dryer are available to all guests at Katharinenstraße 4 (building behind the Heimkehr house). View more View less Die 2-Raum-Wohnung befindet sich in der Villa "Heimkehr" in der Katharinenstraße, eine Sackgasse (zweit letztes Haus vor Ende der Straße). Die Wohnung ist daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Schlafzimmer liegt an einer straßenabgewandten Seite. Hinter dem Haus führt ein Fußweg direkt zum Nordstrand ( Entfernung ca. 400m). Die helle Wohnung mit den hohen Decken wird dem Namen "Heimkehr" gerecht, denn man fühlt sich hier wirklich beim Eintritt "wie Heim gekehrt"! Vom Eingang erreicht man das Wohnzimmer mit einem schönen Erker (mit einer großen Fensterfront mit "Wintergartenfyling") der als Essbereich genutzt wird . Optisch getrennt folgt zur Linken die cremefarbende Küche. Sie ist ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Backofen, 4 Cerankochfelder und Spülmaschine. Vom Schlafzimmer hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Ostsee und auf dem Park des Nachbarn. Das helle Polsterbett hat eine angenehme Einstiegshöhe (seniorenfreundlich). Hier befindet sich noch ein zweiter großer Fernseher ( Kabelfernesehen). Weitere Schlafmöglichkeit gibt es im Wohnzimmer (das Sofa kann zu einem Bett umgebaut werden). Vom Schlafzimmer gelangt man auf den Balkon, von dem man im Strandkorb sitzend den Sonnenuntergang über der Ostsee genießen kann. Direkt am Haus befindet sich ein zugehöriger, kostenloser PKW-Stellplatz. Unseren Gästen stehen kostenfrei ein faltbarer Bollerwagen und WLAN zur Verfügung! In der Katharinenstraße 4 (Gebäude hinter dem Haus Heimkehr) stehen allen Gästen eine Münzwaschmaschine und Münztrockner zur Verfügung. De la chambre, vous avez une belle vue sur la mer Baltique et le parc voisin. Le lit rembourré lumineux a une hauteur d'entrée confortable (adapté aux personnes âgées). Il y a ici une deuxième grande télévision (télévision par câble). Il y a un espace de couchage supplémentaire dans le salon (le canapé peut être transformé en lit). Deze is voorzien van een koelkast, vriezer, oven, 4 keramische kookplaten en vaatwasser. Vanuit de slaapkamer heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de Oostzee en het park van de buren. Het licht gestoffeerde bed heeft een comfortabele instaphoogte (seniorenvriendelijk). Er is hier een tweede grote televisie (kabeltelevisie). Er is extra slaapruimte in de woonkamer (de bank kan worden omgebouwd tot bed).
