Sie verfügt über Kamin, Sauna, WM etc. Das Wohn- Esszimmer verfügt über eine sehr luxuriöse Küche. Die Sitzlandschaft ist ausklappbar und als 2. Doppelbett nutzbar. Die Terrasse ist mit hochwertigen Aluminiummöbeln bestückt (Tisch und 4 Stühle) und verfügt über einen Grill sowie einen Strandkorb. Kinderreisebett und Hochstuhl stehen selbstverständlich kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen dazugehörigen PKW-Stellplatz, an der Stirnseite des Stellplatzes befindet sich ein abschließbarer Abstellraum zur alleinigen Nutzung.
