The holiday apartment is on the upper floor of our house in a quiet side street with a separate entrance. It is comfortably and tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. In the living room there is a teak seating area and a dining area. WiFi available! A 106 cm flat screen TV, a DVD player and a radio/CD player are also included. The roof terrace is very sunny and protected from east winds. A seating area as well as deck chairs and a large parasol are available. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and outside window. Two 5-speed bicycles are also available free of charge. The parking lot is right next to the holiday apartment, as is the 11 kW charging station!

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Obergeschoss unseres Hauses in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit separatem Eingang. Sie ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine vollständig ausgestattete Einbauküche. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Teak Sitzgruppe sowie eine Eßecke. WLAN vorhanden! Weiterhin gehören ein 106 cm Flachbildfernseher, ein DVD-Player sowie ein Radio/CD-Gerät zur Ausstattung. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr sonnig und gegen Ostwind geschützt. Eine Sitzgruppe sowie Liegestühle und ein großer Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden. Das Bad verfügt über eine Dusche, WC und Außenfenster. Zwei 5-Gang-Fahrräder stehen außerdem kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Parkplatz befindet sich unmittelbar an der Ferienwohnung, ebenso die 11 Kw Ladestation!
El apartamento vacacional está en el piso superior de nuestra casa en una calle lateral tranquila con entrada independiente. Está amueblado de forma cómoda y elegante y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada. En el salón hay una zona de estar de teca y una zona de comedor. WiFi disponible! También se incluyen un televisor de pantalla plana de 106 cm, un reproductor de DVD y un reproductor de radio/CD. La azotea es muy soleada y está protegida de los vientos del este. Hay una zona de estar, así como tumbonas y una sombrilla grande. El baño tiene ducha, WC y ventana exterior. También hay dos bicicletas de 5 velocidades disponibles de forma gratuita. El aparcamiento está justo al lado del apartamento vacacional, al igual que la estación de carga de 11 kW.

Une télévision à écran plat de 106 cm, un lecteur DVD et une radio/lecteur CD sont également inclus. Le toit terrasse est très ensoleillé et protégé des vents d'est. Un coin salon ainsi que des transats et un grand parasol sont disponibles. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche, de toilettes et d'une fenêtre extérieure. Deux vélos à 5 vitesses sont également disponibles gratuitement. Le parking se trouve juste à côté de l'appartement de vacances, tout comme la borne de recharge de 11 kW !

Sono inclusi anche una TV a schermo piatto da 106 cm, un lettore DVD e una radio/lettore CD. La terrazza sul tetto è molto soleggiata e protetta dai venti orientali. Sono disponibili un'area salotto, sedie a sdraio e un grande ombrellone. Il bagno è dotato di doccia, WC e finestra esterna. Sono inoltre disponibili gratuitamente due biciclette a 5 velocità. Il parcheggio si trova proprio accanto all'appartamento, così come la stazione di ricarica da 11 kW!
