Alle Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss, so dass kein mühsames Treppen steigen notwendig ist – also Ideal auch für Gäste oder Fellnasen, die mit Treppen so ihre Probleme haben. Das Haus bietet 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Bad mit WC und ebenerdiger Dusche, sowie ein großer Wohn-, Essbereich mit freiem Blick in die Küche. Natürlich ist an alles Gedacht und es befinden sich ein Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster im Haus. Das 1500 qm große Grundstück ist komplett umzäunt und bietet somit viel Freiraum für Fellnasen und Kinder. Im Garten / auf der 25 qm großen Terrasse lässt es sich herrlich entspannen.
