Separate bedroom with double bed (180) and a family bunk bed (120 + 80) in the living room but separately located on the right at the entrance. Patio under roof and without roof with perfect sun position day and night and view of the garden. In the separate shed there is a shower, sink and toilet. The plot is accessible from two directions and thus offers several parking spaces. Here there are berry bushes, plenty of space for play and access to toys for the little ones. At the bathing place there is a jetty and a jumping tower. Only 350 meters away there is a nice beach with jetty, jetty and kiosk. Nearby there are also very beautiful walking paths along the water and good fishing opportunities. NOTE fishing license required. Im Haus finden Sie eine kleine Küche mit Arbeitsplatten-Geschirrspüler sowie einem Induktionsherd mit Umluftofen, ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, einem gemütlichen offenen Kamin, Sofa und Fernseher. Separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180) sowie ein Familienetagenbett (120+80) im Wohnzimmer, jedoch etwas abgetrennt rechts neben dem Eingang. Überdachte und offene Terrasse mit perfekter Sonnenlage – sowohl tagsüber als auch abends – und Blick auf den Garten. In einem separaten kleinen Gästehaus befinden sich Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Das Grundstück ist aus zwei Richtungen zugänglich und bietet somit mehrere Parkplätze. Hier wachsen verschiedene Beerensträucher und es gibt viel Platz zum Spielen und Zugang zu Spielzeug für die Kleinsten. Am nächsten Badeufer findet man einen Steg und einen Sprungturm vor. Nur 350 m liegt auch ein schönes Strandufer mit Steg, Sprungbrett und Kiosk. In der Nähe gibt es sehr schöne Wanderwege entlang des Wassers und gute Angelmöglichkeiten zu entdecken.
