Our holiday home with sauna and garden, facing southwest, offers a comfortable and well-maintained atmosphere. The entire ground floor, including the hallway/stairwell, WC and storage room, kitchen, and living/dining area, as well as the bathroom with sauna on the upper floor, are tiled. The hallway and the two spacious bedrooms feature wood-effect flooring (PVC-free). The outdoor terrace is separated from the garden by a glass windbreak. Another terrace is located in the southwest corner of our garden, where you can enjoy the morning sun in a sheltered spot. The North Sea beach is a short walk through the park. Das gesamte Erdgeschoss mit Flur/Treppenhaus, WC und Abstellraum, Küche und Wohn-/Essbereich und das Badezimmer mit Sauna im OG sind gefliest, der Flur und die beiden geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit einem Designboden in Holznachbildung (PVC-frei) ausgelegt. Die Außenterrasse ist zum Gartenbereich mit einer Windschutzwand aus Glas abgegrenzt. Eine weitere Terrasse ist im südwestlichen Bereich unseres Gartens eingerichtet. Hier können sie abgeschirmt schon früh die Morgensonne genießen. Der Strand der Nordsee ist in kurzer, fußläufiger Entfernung durch den Park zu erreichen. Toda la planta baja, incluyendo el recibidor/escalera, el aseo, el trastero, la cocina y el salón-comedor, así como el baño con sauna en la planta superior, están alicatados. El recibidor y los dos amplios dormitorios cuentan con suelo de imitación madera (sin PVC). La terraza exterior está separada del jardín por una mampara de cristal. Otra terraza se encuentra en la esquina suroeste del jardín, donde podrá disfrutar del sol de la mañana en un lugar resguardado. La playa del Mar del Norte está a un corto paseo a través del parque.
