È abbastanza vicino a Magaluf, attraenti e molto popolari macchie turistiche del sud dell'isola ea soli 20 km dalla famosa Palma. Il Duikcentrum Scuba Diving Center è in soli 800 m mentre le panificazione confortanti e le articolazioni alimentari possono essere assaporate in soli 300 m. I supermercati si trovano anche a 300 m. Campo da equitazione, golf e campo da tennis nelle vicinanze. La magnifica casa è dotata di diverse camere calde e ben arredate, docce massaggi, accogliente caminetto e molto altro. Perfekte und liebevoll gepflegte chalet gelegen im luxuriösen Wohngebiet " El Toro " nahe Port Adriano in der Gemeinde Calvia. Das Haus wurde 1985 gebaut, aber im Jahr 2011 vollkommen renoviert. Insgesamt verfügt das Haus über 4 Doppelschlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer und das verteilt auf 150m2. Es gibt Klimaanlage und Internet im Haus. Das Grundstück besitzt 500m2, umgeben von viel Terrassenfläche und Blumengärten und eine Pergola mit Sofas, ein großer Tisch und eine kleine Veranda. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befindet sich der 7 x 3,5 m kindersichere Swimming Pool mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen und einem Außentoilette. Es hat auch einen gebauten Grill. Obwohl in einer Wohngegend gelegen gibt es hier keine direkten Nachbarn an den Seiten des Hauses. Hier ist man nur weinige hundert Meter zu Fuß vom Strand, Hafen und allen Arten von Geschäften entfernt und auch Palma und das Tramuntana-Gebirge sind mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten schnell erreichbar.

La casa cuenta con un solar de 500m2, con jardines y espacios florales muy bien cuidados. Los exteriores se distribuyen en una terraza delantera y una en la parte superior de la casa. La terraza inferior cuenta con plaza de parking, todo tipo de arboles y plantas, así como de una pérgola con sofás, una gran mesa exterior y un pequeño porche. La terraza superior forma parte de la habitación superior, y es perfecta para disfrutarla como solarium. Al mismo tiempo, en la parte trasera de la casa hay una piscina de 7 x 3.5m, con hamacas, sombrilla y un aseo exterior. También dispone de una gran barbacoa fija así como de un lavadero muy funcional. La casa, pese a estar localizada en una urbanización, tiene el privilegio de no tener vecinos en las partes laterales de la casa. Por lo que le otorga una gran privacidad, y al mismo tiempo belleza debido al bosque que rodea la casa.
