Built into the hillside, it offers splendid views from its large stone terrace and swimming pool. On request and for a fee, the pool can be heated for maximum enjoyment. There is a covered outdoor dining area which is particularly pleasant in the hot summer months. The garden is floodlit and the 7-hectare private estate allows nature lovers to explore the surrounding area. Inside, you'll find a sitting room with fireplace where you can gather and watch TV or listen to music. There is a dining room with a large farmhouse table and a second fireplace. Upstairs, there are three beautiful, rustic and comfortable bedrooms, and two more on the ground floor. There is a shower room on each floor and a third bathroom in the pool house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need. Challenge yourself at the table tennis table or borrow a bike (3 provided). There is a footpath at the entrance to the property, which you can walk or cycle to Mazamet (30 km away). From Courniou, there are many worthwhile activities and day trips. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are in Labastide Rouaroux (5 minutes' drive).
