Vergèze ligt tussen Nîmes (20 km) en Montpellier (41 km) aan de voet van de Camargue. In een half uurtje ben je aan de Middellandse zee. Voor strandplezier ga je naar de badplaats La Grande Motte (27 km). Een culturele bezienswaardigheid is het middeleeuwse stadje Aigues-Mortes (23 km), vroeger één van de acht veilige plaatsen voor protestanten. Boodschappen, bakker, tennis en restaurants in Vergèze. 18-Holes golfbaan bij La Grande Motte en bij Nîmes (20 km). Bezoek voor wat cultuur zeker de mooie stad Montpellier met tal van bezienswaardigheden.
