Das Haus verfügt über zwei Etagen mit kompletter und gemütlicher Einrichtung. Vor dem Haus finden Sie eine schöne und einladende Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Grillmöglichkeit sowie eine kleine Rasenfläche rings um das Haus. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück. Das Freibad ist nur 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Direkt am Haus führt der Hexenstieg vorbei, ein 60km langer Rad- und Wanderweg (vom Brocken bis nach Thale). Rübeland empfiehlt sich zu jeder Jahreszeit als Urlaubsort. Durch seine zentrale Lage sind die bekannten Urlaubsziele sowie die nähere Umgebung schnell und gut zu erreichen. Beliebte Ausflugsziele sind Roßtrappe bei Thale, die Burgruine Regenstein bei Blankenburg, die Rappbodetalsperre, die Schaubergwerke bei Elbingerode, das Wernigeröder Schloss, Kyffhäuser und natürlich der Brocken, der höchste Berg Norddeutschlands.
