Il casale indipendente si trova in posizione collinare e panoramica, in un luogo estremamente tranquillo, nella campagna incontaminata a pochi chilometri da Orvieto, nel cuore della Tuscia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana. L'arredamento è curatissimo, rispecchia quello tradizionale dei casali di campagna di fine ottocento con mobili originali. Pavimenti antichi di cotto, soffitti di travi di castagno, romantici camini in pietra vi immergeranno nella tipica atmosfera di una pittoresca casa rurale italiana di una volta. Il giardino pieno di sole, il barbecue vi faranno godere in ogni stagione lo splendido clima del centro Italia. La piscina, da condividere con i soli ospiti della tenuta si trova al centro della proprietà ed è raggiungibile in auto (5 minuti) oppure a piedi, tramite piacevoli sentieri di campagna (circa 2,5 km). Intorno alla piscina un vasto prato e un’ampia zona pavimentata fornita di ombrelloni, sdraie e lettini permettono agli ospiti tranquillità e privacy.. Dal casale partono numerosi sentieri immersi in una natura disseminata di ulivi, vigne, campi e boschi per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta. Il territorio circostante è ricco anche di parchi naturali come l'oasi di Alviano, il Monte Rufeno e il Lago di Bolsena.
