Bus stops can be found just 1.5 km from the house whereas train station is merely 25 km. The house and the surrounding domain are spacious and create a festive atmosphere, but the rental is only possible for normal use. The building and its domain are not intended as a party room/café/dancing/festival location. Customers who do not respect the destination of the property, cause nuisance to the neighborhood or cause damage, can be evicted from the house by the police. No more guests are allowed to stay in the building and on the domain if they can sleep cfr. the max. capacity of the house that is offered for rent. In accordance with Belgian law, the tenant must provide his name and address to the landlord before or at the latest upon moving in and accept/sign the house rules and this at the latest upon moving in. In dem denkmalgeschützten Dorf Sechery liegt das schöne Haus Domaine de Barbouyons. Das Ferienhaus verbindet mühelos Erhabenheit und Schönheit. Jeder Raum trägt der Dynamik von großen Gruppen Rechnung. Die riesige Küche könnte aufgrund ihres offenen Charakters durchaus zum "place to be" werden. Der Esstischbereich ist so gestaltet, dass das gemeinsame Essen zu einem unvergesslichen und einzigartigen Erlebnis wird. Das Wohnzimmer schließlich bietet Platz für die gesamte Gesellschaft. Das Labyrinth der Korridore, die zu den schönen Schlafzimmern und Bädern führen, ist wegen der Details, der Beleuchtung und des Designs etwas ganz Besonderes. Der Garten ist großzügig terrassiert und von Wald umgeben. Der private Bereich verfügt über mehrere charaktervolle Orte: Es gibt einen oberen und einen unteren Garten und mehrere Terrassen auf verschiedenen Höhen rund um das Gebäude. Es gibt Felsen, grasbewachsene Ebenen, einen Wald mit undurchdringlichem Gestrüpp und sogar einen Fluss, der von frischem Quellwasser gespeist wird, das auf dem Grundstück selbst entspringt. Unten wurde ein Kinderdorf eingerichtet, und es gibt einen überdachten Pavillon mit Grill und Stufen, die zum Wasser führen, wo man planschen oder schwimmen kann. En el pueblo protegido de Sechery se encuentra la hermosa casa Domaine de Barbouyons. La casa de vacaciones combina sin esfuerzo la grandeza y la belleza. Cada sala tiene en cuenta la dinámica de los grupos grandes. La enorme cocina, por su carácter abierto, bien podría convertirse en "el lugar donde estar". La zona de la mesa del comedor está diseñada de tal manera que cenar juntos se convierte en una experiencia inolvidable y única. Por último, el salón ofrece espacio para toda la compañía. El laberinto de pasillos que conducen a los hermosos dormitorios y baños es muy especial por los detalles, la iluminación y el diseño. El jardín tiene amplias terrazas y está rodeado de bosques. El dominio privado tiene varios lugares llenos de carácter: hay un jardín superior y otro inferior y hay varias terrazas alrededor del edificio a diferentes alturas. Hay rocas, llanuras de hierba, un bosque con matorrales impenetrables e incluso hay un río alimentado por agua fresca de manantial que brota de la propia propiedad. De ce jardin de 2 hectares partent divers itinéraires de promenade, tant à l'étage qu'au rez-de-chaussée. Le nombre maximum de personnes de 60 est défini et ne peut être dépassé temporairement, par exemple en invitant des hôtes pendant la journée. Il n'est pas autorisé à causer une quelconque gêne aux alentours. La maison et le domaine environnant sont spacieux et créent une ambiance festive, mais la location n'est possible que pour une utilisation normale. Il numero massimo di persone di 60 è definito e non può essere superato temporaneamente, per esempio invitando ospiti durante il giorno. Non è permesso causare disagi all'ambiente circostante.
In het geklasseerde dorpje Sechery ligt het prachtige huis Domaine de Barbouyons. Het vakantiehuis koppelt grootsheid en schoonheid probleemloos aan elkaar. Elke ruimte houdt rekening met de dynamiek van grote groepen. De enorme keuken zou door het open karakter best weleens ‘the place to be’ kunnen worden. De ruimte waar de eettafels staan, is zo ingericht dat het tafelen met z'n allen onvergetelijk en uniek wordt. Tenslotte biedt de woonkamer plek voor het hele gezelschap. Het labyrint aan gangen naar de mooie slaapkamers en badkamers is heel bijzonder door de details, de verlichting en vormgeving. De tuin is ruim in terrasvorm en door bossen omringd. Het privédomein bezit diverse karaktervolle plekken: er is een boven- en een beneden gelegen tuin en er zijn diverse terrassen rondom het gebouw op verschillende hoogtes. Er zijn rotspartijen, grasvlaktes, een bos met ondoordringbaar struikgewas en er is zelfs een rivier gevoed door vers bronwater ontsproten op het domein zelf. Beneden is een heus kinderdorp gecreëerd en er is een overdekt paviljoen met barbecue en een trapje naar het water om pootje te baden of te zwemmen. Vanuit deze 2 hectare grote tuin beginnen zowel boven als beneden diverse wandelroutes. Het maximale aantal personen van 60 personen is definitief en mag ook niet tijdelijk overschreden worden door bijvoorbeeld overdag gasten uit te nodigen. Het is niet toegestaan overlast voor de omgeving te veroorzaken. Het huis en het omliggend domein is ruim en zorgt voor een feestelijke stemming maar de huur ervan is enkel mogelijk voor een normaal gebruik. Het pand en zijn domein is niet bestemd als feestzaal/café/dancing/festivallocatie. Klanten die de bestemming van het pand niet respecteren, overlast bezorgen aan de buurt of schade toebrengen, kunnen door de politie uit het huis gezet worden.
