Die Villa Fata Morgana liegt auf ca. 700 m Höhe und bietet eine Aussicht auf Assisi und Santa Maria degli Angeli. Die Villa ist von Weinreben umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer im ersten Stockwerk mit seinen großen Fenstern hat man eine herrliche Aussicht. Der Pool liegt etwas niedriger als die Villa. Die Villa war einst eine alte Scheune, wurde aber sehr stilvoll in eine Villa mit Terracottafliesen auf dem Boden und hohen Decken aus Holz umgebaut. Das Innere ist sehr geschmackvoll und etwas Besonderes.

La Villa Fata Morgana se situe à environ 700 m. daltitude avec vue sur Assisi et Santa Maria degli Angeli. La villa est entourée de sarments de raisins. La salle de séjour au premier étage offre une superbe vue avec ses grandes fenêtres. La piscine est un peu plus bas par rapport à la villa. La villa fut autrefois une grande à foin mais elle a été superbement transformée en une villa avec dalles cotto au sol et hauts plafonds en bois. Lintérieur est très particulier et a été aménagé avec goût.

Het schitterende landschap is perfect voor lange wandelingen of fietstochten. Deze villa was ooit een oude hooischuur, maar is nu stijlvol omgebouwd tot een villa met cotto tegels op de vloer en hoge, houten plafonds. De villa beschikt over een zwembad. De woonkamer op de 1e verdieping heeft grote ramen; hier is het uitzicht prachtig. Vanuit de villa kijk je uit over Assisi en Santa Maria degli Angeli. Er is ook WiFi in het huis en er is maximaal 1 huisdier toegestaan.
W sercu parku natury Monte Subasio, pośród drzewek oliwnych i winnych ogrodów, w górach znajduje się ładna posiadłość z różnymi rustykalnymi domami, gdzie każdy posiada własny basen. Willa Fata Morgana leży na wysokości około 700m i wychodzi na Assisi oraz Santa Maria degli Angeli. Willa otoczona jest przez winorośle. Z salonu na I piętrze z dużymi oknami jest wspaniały widok. Basen leży trochę niżej pod względem domu. Willa pierwotnie była stodołą, ale została stylowo przebudowana; podłogi z płytek cotto i wysokie sufity z drewna. Wnętrze jest bardzo stylowe i niezwykłe.
