Hierzu gehören 1 Wohn-/ Schlafraum, 1 separate Küche sowie 1 Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC. Das Aufstellen eines Reisebettchens ist möglich - aber nicht vorhanden, bitte selbst mitbringen! Am Haus: schöner Garten mit gemütlichen Gartenmöbeln und Grill, die Kinder können auf der Rasenfläche nach Herzenslust toben und spielen. Zwei liebe mittelgroße Eurasier-Hündinnen sind auf dem Grundstück zu Hause. In Bad Doberan gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Münster – die "Perle" der norddeutschen Backsteingotik, die historische dampfbetriebene Schmalspurbahn "Molli" und die Pferderennbahn gehören zu den bekanntesten Ausflugszielen dieser Region. Zum Ostseestrand nach Heiligendamm (ältestes dteutsches Seeheilbad) sind es nur ca. 6 km.
