Outside there is a garden with its own outdoor space including a ski boot heater, a covered lounge seating area, 2 saunas with outdoor showers and 2 large hot tubs. The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area (70 km of slopes) and approx. 200 m from the town center with plenty of shopping opportunities. The Obertauern ski area (100 km of slopes) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area (50 km of slopes) in 5 minutes and the family mountain Fanningberg in 20 minutes (30 km of slopes), all with the free ski bus. The cities of Salzburg and Villach, but also northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia are easily accessible. In summer, both active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy this wonderful environment. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, yoga on the mountain and motorcycling on the many beautiful passes in the area are one of the many ways to experience a fantastic vacation!

Il y a du chauffage au sol partout et les portes-fenêtres vous mènent à la grande terrasse extérieure dans le jardin orienté au sud avec une table de patio, un banc et des chaises (transats). Vous pouvez vous garer directement au chalet (3 places de parking). À l'extérieur, vous trouverez un jardin avec son propre espace extérieur comprenant un chauffe-chaussures de ski, un coin salon couvert, 2 saunas avec douches extérieures et 2 grands bains à remous. Le chalet se trouve à quelques pas des remontées mécaniques du domaine skiable Katschberg-Aineck (70 km de pistes) et à environ 200 m du centre-ville avec de nombreux commerces.
