Het woongedeelte biedt een moderne Oostenrijkse eethoek, een grote zithoek en een luxe keuken. Overal ligt vloerverwarming en via openslaande deuren komt u op het grote buitenterras in de tuin op het zuiden met terrastafel, bank en (lig)stoelen. Er zijn 3 parkeerplaatsen voor het chalet. Buiten is er een tuin met een skiopslag met skischoenverwarming, overdekte loungezithoek, aparte sauna met buitendouche en grote hottub. Het chalet ligt op loopafstand van de skilift van skigebied Katschberg-Aineck (70 km piste) en ca. 200 m van het centrum met voldoende winkelmogelijkheden.
