Das Ferienhaus befindet sich an einem einzigartigen Ort, ideal für Gäste, welche die Ruhe und die Natur lieben. Vom privaten Parkplatz muss man zweihundert breite, aber unregelmäßige Stufen aus Stein hinaufgehen, die für Kleinkinder oder Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht besonders geeignet sind. Aus diesem Grund bieten wir, im Preis inbegriffen, den Service von Gepäckträgern an. Wenn Sie einen Verpflegungsservice und auch einen Catering-Service wünschen, ist dies auf Anfrage möglich. Das Haus ist von den typischen ligurischen Terrassen umgeben, die heute zum UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe gehören. Ihnen stehen eine Fläche von 10.000 m2 mit Olivenhainen zum Wandern oder einfach nur Schaukeln in der Hängematte zur Verfügung, inklusive einer Außenveranda mit einem großen Tisch zum Essen unter den Weinranken. Für ein Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer finden Sie eine weitere kleine Außenterrasse mit einem Eisentisch. Für Grillabende im Freien befindet sich ein Grill und ein Ofen, zur Herstellung von frittierten Fisch, auf dem Grundstück. Oberhalb des Hauses, wenn Sie den Zaun überqueren, befindet sich ein Wald, wo Sie Pilze, Erdbeerbaumfrüchte und Holz für den Ofen finden. Sie können einen Nutzgarten anlegen und/oder die Früchte lediglich sammeln.

Depuis le parking privé, vous devez monter 200 marches larges mais irrégulières car elles sont creusées dans la pierre, peu pratiques pour les jeunes enfants ou les personnes à mobilité réduite. C'est la raison pour laquelle nous vous offrons le service d'un porteur de bagages gratuit. Vous pouvez aussi bénéficier d'un service de livraison de produits alimentaires ou même de repas sur commande. La maison est entourée par les "fasce", les terrasses typiques de la Ligurie, maintenant patrimoine de l'Unesco. Vous avez 10 000 m2 d’oliveraies pour vous promener ou vous balancer sur un hamac, une véranda extérieure avec une grande table pour manger sous les sarments de la vigne. Il y une seconde terrasse extérieure, plus petite, avec une table en fer pour prendre le petit-déjeuner face à la mer. Un barbecue pour les apéros en plein air et un four pour les grands poissons à frire. Au dessus de la maison, en sortant de la propriété, vous entrez dans la forêt où il est possible de ramasser des champignons, des fraises, du bois pour le poêle. La casa si trova in un posto unico, molto indicata per coloro che amano la tranquillità e la natura. Dalla terrazza si vede il mare, il porto di Rapallo e le colline intorno. Dal parcheggio privato si sale a piedi per 200 di scalini ampi ma irregolari perché in pietra, non molto praticabile ni per bambini piccoli ni per persone di ridotta mobilità. Offriamo per questo incluso nel prezzo il servizio di portabagagli. Se desiderate servizio di rifornimento alimentari e anche catering è possibile a richiesta. La casa è circondata dalle "fasce" i tipici terrazzamenti liguri, ora Patrimonio Unesco. Avete 10mila m2 di oliveto per passeggiare o dondolare sull'amaca, una veranda esterna con un grande tavolo per mangiare sotto i tralci di vite. Un altro terrazzino esterno con tavolino in ferro per una colazione vista mare. Un barbecue per grigliate all'aperto e un fornello per grandi fritture di pesce. Sopra la casa, uscendo dalla recinzione, si entra nel bosco dove è possibile raccogliere funghi, corbezzoli, legna per la stufa. Se avete passione per l'orto, potrete curarlo e/o raccoglierne i frutti.
Het huis bevindt zich op een unieke plek in Lingurië en is zeer geschikt voor wie van rust en de natuur houdt. Met 2 slaapkamers is de huisdiervriendelijke woning ideaal voor een gezin. Het huis grenst aan een bos, waar je paddenstoelen, aardbeien en hout voor de kachel kunt verzamelen. Vanaf de parkeerplaats leidt een mooie wandeling van 2 uur je naar het klooster van Montallegro, door een oud dorp zonder wegen en ongerepte bossen. Het klooster van de Madonna di Montallegro is ook bereikbaar via de pittoreske kabelbaan, op 5 minuten van het centrum. Vanaf de privéparkeerplaats klim je te voet een onregelmatige trap op. Voor kleine kinderen of voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn is dit niet erg praktisch en daarom bieden wij in de prijs bagageservice aan. Je beschikt over 10.000 m² olijfgaard om in te wandelen of schommelen in de hangmat. Er is een buiten veranda met een grote tafel om te eten onder de wijnranken.

Z prywatnego parkingu prowadzą schody - należy pokonać pieszo około setki szerokich, ale nieregularnych, bo kamiennych stopni, dlatego obiekt nie jest najlepszym rozwiązaniem dla małych dzieci lub osób mających trudności z poruszaniem się. Z tego powodu oferujemy usługę bagażowego, która jest wliczona w cenę. Na żądanie dostępna jest usługa dostarczania produktów spożywczych i catering.
