This is a three-floor building that was originally a bank and still has the vault inside. Podría convertirse en tres hermosos apartamentos, de dos, pero fácilmente tres dormitorios. En nuestra opinión, existe la oportunidad de crear tres apartamentos bastante especiales, todos con mucha luz natural y el primero y segundo piso con buenas vistas a través del pueblo, mientras que el primer piso podría generar interés entre compradores mayores y aquellos con problemas de movilidad. Actualmente, hay muy pocos bloques de apartamentos en Salinas que sean modernos y dirigidos a jóvenes con ingresos más altos. Me gustaría ver tres apartamentos empujando el techo del mercado, especialmente con una dirección como "El Banco". Por lo tanto, estoy pensando en precios de venta en el rango de 70,000€.
