Our accommodation is the unique penthouse of a two-family house in a new development area, which was only completed in April 2022. The outdoor facilities and the entrance area will follow this summer. The interior design is correspondingly new and modern. After you have reached the separate entrance area of ​​the apartment through the staircase, the generously designed living, dining and kitchen area opens up. Particularly worth mentioning are the large window fronts that lead to the south-facing terrace and the impressive skylights that flood the rooms with light, but can also be electronically darkened at any time. My husband and I have spent the last 20 months fulfilling our dream of owning a home. With many unique ideas, our two-family house was created, which we now rent out in part and would like to offer all those who love to travel an interesting and special travel experience. Since we live on the two floors below, we are always available for your concerns and are happy to provide other everyday items. The accommodation is located in the west of Kassel and is therefore close to the famous Bergpark. You can reach it by car in just 10 minutes, by bike in 18 minutes. In good conditions you can see Hercules from the terrace of the penthouse. By bus and train you can be in the city center within 13 minutes, where the famous documenta art exhibition takes place. Bei unserer Unterkunft handelt es sich um das einzigartige Penthouse eines Zweifamilienhauses in einem Neubaugebiet, das erst im April 2022 fertig gestellt wurde. Entsprechend neu und modern ist die Einrichtung gestaltet. Nachdem man durch das Treppenhaus in den separaten Eingangsbereich der Wohnung gelangt eröffnet sich einem der großzügig gestaltete Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die großen Fensterfronten, die zur Terrasse in Südausrichtung führen sowie die beeindruckenden Dachfenster, die die Räume mit Licht durchfluten, jedoch auch jederzeit elektronisch abgedunkelt werden können. Mein Mann und ich haben viel Zeit damit verbracht, uns den Traum eines Eigenheims zu erfüllen. Mit vielen einzigartigen Ideen ist unser Zweifamilienhaus entstanden, das wir nun zum Teil vermieten und allen Reiselustigen ein interessantes und besonderes Reiseerlebnis bieten möchten.
