Everything you need for everyday life can be reached within a few minutes' walk. Note: Primarily the apartment is suitable for one person. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG/Hochparterre eines dreigeschossigen Mehrfamilienhauses. Im großen Wohn- und Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine neue Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten. Separat dazu gibt es einen neuen Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und eine neue Mikrowelle, die auch als Backofen genutzt werden kann. Ein Balkon in Richtung Osten rundet das Apartment ab. Es ist alles voll möbliert und eingerichtet. Mit einem 1-Personen-Bett und einer Schlafcouch. Ein Fahrrad darf in der Fahrradhauptstadt Münster natürlich auch nicht fehlen, daher wird kostenlos eines zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch ein Autostellplatz auf dem Grundstück und ein Abstellraum im Dachgeschoss sind dabei. Roxel liegt im Westen Münsters. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist weniger als 150 Meter entfernt. Der Roxeler Bahnhof, von wo aus man mit dem Zug in 11 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof Münster ist, liegt 1,5 km entfernt. Die Uniklinik Münster (UKM) ist nur etwa 5 km entfernt und damit auch gut mit dem Rad erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum Münsters ist etwa 7 km entfernt. Alles, was man alltäglich so benötigt, ist innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Hinweis: Primär ist das Appartment für eine Person geeignet.
