Location/neighbourhood: The house is an old brick stone building in the backyard of a listed building (build around 1896). in the backyard can a terraced ope space used for relaxing, In the immediate vicinity is a station for the city train (approx.150 m) and the underground station "Klinikum Nürnberg Nord" with the line U3 (approx. 8 min to walk). From there you can quickly reach all places in Nuremberg, for example, it takes 8 minutes to get to the main station. Im Schlafraum, der durch einen Vorhang vom Hauptraum abgetrennt ist (kein eigenes Fenster), befindet sich ein modernes und großes Bett (160cm x200cm). Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Das Bad hat ein Dachfenster. Aufteilung:
1 Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essbereich, abgeteilter Schlafraum (keine Tür, abgetrennt mit Vorhang, kein Fenster) mit offenem Kleiderschrank, Badezimmer mit Fenster; 
 Das Haus ist ein Backsteingebäude im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes. Im Hinterhof kann eine zum Hinterhaus gehörenden terrassenartigen Freifläche zum Entspannen genutzt werden. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich die S-Bahnhaltestelle Johannisfriedhof (ca. 150 m) und die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Klinikum Nord" mit der Linie U3 (ca. 8 min Entfernung). Von dort aus kann man alle Orte in Nürnberg schnell erreichen, beispielsweise dauert die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof 8 Minuten.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs, sowie auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Nordstadt ist ein Stadtviertel mit viel Atmosphäre und Flair.
