There are nice books and toys for our little guests. In addition, there is a desk in one of the bedrooms, ideal for remote. If desired, we could organise a second place for remote working. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, as well as a chamber (washing machine, dryer, etc.). The living room has a large 55' TV (SmartTV) with Netflix, Amazon prime video and Disney+, as well as filled bookshelves. In addition, directly in front of the house is the archive park with a great playground for little and big kids (sand playground & climbing park). The flat is therefore also very suitable for families. In the large shady courtyard you could also barbecue in nice weather. Location: 10 min walk to the old town Directly in front of the house all possible public transport: - underground - tram - bus & - taxi - car sharing - bike sharing.
