We will not be in Hamburg from May 12 to August 8 this year and are therefore renting our beautiful house to someone who needs temporary accommodation. The rental period can also be shorter than our absence itself. The house will remain fully furnished and equipped. We will of course empty some cupboard compartments so that there is room for your personal belongings. The house is located in the green and popular district of Hamburg-Niendorf, 350 meters walking distance from the subway station Schippelsweg (line U2). The train ride to the city center takes 20 minutes. The trendy districts in Eimsbüttel can be reached in around ten minutes by car. The terminals of Hamburg Airport are ten minutes away by car. The house is located in a green and quiet area and yet in the midst of a good infrastructure with various shopping facilities including the Tibarg shopping street, several restaurants, a large sports facility, doctors and much more. In the district there is also a leisure pool with outdoor pool (three kilometers). The nearest bathing lake is 13 km or 20 minutes away by car. The nearest beautiful Baltic Sea beach is an hour's drive away. The house has a large garden (south-west facing) with many berry bushes that bear fruit well and will be ripe during this period. Enjoy the taste! There is enough space for a large paddling pool etc. The entire house was completely renovated in 2019 and 2020. First floor: living room divided into two parts, which can be connected or divided by a double-leaf door beautiful, open kitchen, small bathroom with sauna. FIRST FLOOR: Large bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, Bedroom with bunk bed, shower room, 1 room remains closed off. If required, a further bedroom can be made available in the attic. Mai bis 08. August dieses Jahres nicht in Hamburg und vermieten daher unser schönes Haus an jemanden, der vorübergehend eine Unterkunft benötigt. Der Mietzeitraum kann auch kürzer sein, als unsere Abwesenheit an sich. Das Haus bleibt komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Einige Schrankfächer werden wir natürlich leer räumen, damit Platz für Ihre persönlichen Dinge vorhanden ist. Das Haus befindet sich im grünen und beliebten Stadtteil Hamburg-Niendorf, 350 Meter fußläufig von der U-Bahnstation Schippelsweg (Linie U2) entfernt. Mit der Bahn fahren Sie 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Die angesagten Szeneviertel in Eimsbüttel erreichen Sie nach ca. zehn Fahrtminuten. Die Terminals des Hamburger Flughafens liegen zehn Autominuten entfernt. Das Haus liegt grün und ruhig und trotzdem inmitten einer guten Infrastruktur mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten einschließlich der Einkaufsstraße Tibarg, einigen Restaurants, einer großen Sportanlage, Ärzten u.s.w. Im Stadtteil gibt es zudem ein Freizeitbad mit Freibad (drei Kilometer). Der nächste Badesee liegt 13 km bzw. 20 Autominuten entfernt. Bis zum nächsten schönen Ostseebadestrand benötigen Sie eine Stunde Fahrtzeit. Zum Haus gehört ein großer Garten (Süd-West-Ausrichtung) mit vielen gut tragenden Beerensträuchern, deren Früchte in diesem Zeitraum reif sein werden. Lassen Sie es sich schmecken! Es ist genügend Platz für ein großes Planschbecken etc. Das ganze Haus wurde in den Jahren 2019 und 2020 kernsaniert. Erdgeschoss: zweigeteiltes Wohnzimmer, welches mittels einer doppelflügeligen Tür verbunden oder geteilt werden kann, schöne, offene Küche, kleines Bad mit Sauna. OG: Großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Ensuite-Bad, Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett, Duschbad, 1 Raum bleibt abgeschlossen. Bei Bedarf kann ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Keller: Waschküche mit Waschmaschine In nahezu jedem Raum befinden sich Netzwerksteckdosen fürs Internet. Das Haus verfügt über einen 100 Mbit/s VDSL-Anschluss. Nous serons absents de Hambourg du 12 mai au 08 août de cette année et louons donc notre belle maison à quelqu'un qui a besoin d'un logement temporaire. La période de location peut aussi être plus courte que notre absence en soi. La maison reste entièrement meublée et équipée. Nous viderons bien sûr certains compartiments d'armoire afin de laisser de la place pour vos affaires personnelles. La maison se trouve dans le quartier verdoyant et populaire de Hambourg-Niendorf, à 350 mètres à pied de la station de métro Schippelsweg (ligne U2). En train, il faut 20 minutes pour se rendre au centre-ville. Les quartiers branchés d'Eimsbüttel sont à environ dix minutes de route. Les terminaux de l'aéroport de Hambourg sont à dix minutes en voiture. La maison est située dans un cadre verdoyant et calme, tout en étant au cœur d'une bonne infrastructure avec divers magasins, dont la rue commerçante Tibarg, quelques restaurants, un grand complexe sportif, des médecins, etc. Dans le quartier, il y a en outre une piscine de loisirs avec une piscine en plein air (trois kilomètres). Le lac de baignade le plus proche est à 13 km ou 20 minutes en voiture. Il faut compter une heure de route jusqu'à la prochaine belle plage de la mer Baltique. La maison dispose d'un grand jardin (orienté sud-ouest) avec de nombreux arbustes à baies bien portants, dont les fruits seront mûrs à cette période. Faites-vous plaisir ! Il y a suffisamment de place pour une grande pataugeoire, etc. L'ensemble de la maison a été entièrement rénové en 2019 et 2020.
