It is located in one of the most beautiful streets of Hattingen with a view of the Ruhr valley and direct access to the forest and recreation area of the Ruhr. It is within walking distance of public transport, with a bus stop about 10 minutes away. For daily grocery shopping, there is a Rewe market in town (circa 5 min drive) as well as some lovely stores and the best ice cream parlor in Hattingen less than 12 min away on foot. To the Ruhr you walk about half a kilometer through the forest. The outdoor pool in Welper is also within walking distance. With the Fahhrad one reaches the Kemnader reservoir in circa 20 min and can use there the nature and leisure activities. The quiet apartment has a good connection to all major cities and universities in the Ruhr area.
