View more View less Antigua casa de pescadores en el centro de Sant Feliu de Guíxols, el primer pueblo de la Costa Brava en el Empordà. Pueblo conocido por el festival de Porta Ferrada, un festival lleno de conciertos y espectáculos que se hace cada verano.-La casa tiene una capacidad máxima para 6 personas, con tres habitaciones y un baño. Hay dos habitaciones en la primera planta, una con cama de matrimonio y otra con dos camas individuales. En la segunda planta hay una habitación con cama de matrimonio y terraza. El lavabo se encuentra en la primera planta y dispone de ducha.
En la planta principal, en la entrada, está la sala de estar con televisión con conexión Netflix, HBO, Amazon Video y Wi-Fi. También está el comedor con chimenea interior, y la cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, horno y vitrocerámica, tostadora, cafetera italiana, cafetera Dolce Gusto, minipimer, esprimidor de zumo, sartenes y ollas, y la lavadora.
Desde la cocina se puede acceder al patio con mobiliario exterior para disfrutar de las comidas en el exterior. Y arriba de todo hay una terraza para poder tomar el sol. No hay aire acondicionado pero hay ventiladores portátiles y hay muy buena ventilación con las ventanas abiertas por la noche.-Para poder aparcar, en la zona cercana a la casa hay aparcamiento gratuito en la calle y un descampado a 300 metros gratuito.
