•Por favor, cuide el apartamento. Debe ser entregado en las mismas condiciones en las que se entregó.
•Por cuestiones medioambientales, por favor, apague las luces, aire acondicionado y/o calefacción cuando esté fuera del apartamento.
•Está prohibido fumar en el apartamento y en las zonas comunes del edificio.
•No se admiten fiestas, eventos o ruidos molestos. Por favor, respete las zonas comunes del edificio y el descanso de los vecinos entre las 22h00 y las 09h00. Cuide y respete el silencio del vecindario y mantenga la puerta del edificio cerrada en todo momento.

Located in the heart of Malaga, 01 minute from Calle Larios and 15 from de Beach; supermarkets and restaurants all around the area. It is perfect for families or small groups. The area is calm.CHECK IN / CHECK OUT- Check in is automatic, you will find the keys in a lockbox. TIME: From 3pm.- Our staff will ask you your ID documents/passports and will send the information about the automated access a few days before the entrance.- Check out is automatic too, you must leave ALL the keys inside the flat on top of the table before leaving the flat. TIME: until 11am.EXTRAS RULES- Please, take care of the flat. You must leave it in the same conditions as you found it.- To preserve the climate, please be careful with turning on/off the light, AC and/or heating when you are not in the flat.- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and in the common zones of the building.- Parties are not allowed, events or loud noises. Please, respect the common zones in the building and the resting times of the neighbourhood between 10pm – 9am.
