It has 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160 x 200 double bed, another bedroom with 2 90 x 200 single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe. The living-dining room has a 55`` Smart TV, a dining area for 6 people, and direct access to the terrace. The full bathroom with shower and glass partition, hair dryer and clothes iron. The fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, etc.All bedrooms and living room have hot and cold air split.The 22 m2 garage space is in the same building.Note:
Baby cot has an extra cost of 5 € / day
Baby Kit (cot, bath + high chair) costs 10 € / day.
Please note that our check-in time is from 3 pm to 9 pm. If you wish to enter later than 21 pm, we could offer you 2 options:
Picking up the keys at the property´s office for free - Picking up the keys at the apartment for an extra late check-in fee of 50EUR to be paid out at arrival
You can leave your luggage in our office at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 will have to sign the police register.
A refundable deposit will be required at your arrival (the payment has to be done with credit/debit card)

El Muelle Uno está a escasos 950 mts, Centro Comercial Vialia y estación de Tren y AVE a 550 mts, la estación de autobuses a 650 mts, paseo Marítimo Antonio Banderas a a 1,1 km. El Barrio del Soho a menos de 700 mts.
El apartamento se encuentra en un edificio con ascensor. Dispone de 3 dormitorios (1 con cama doble de 160 x 200, otro dormitorio con 2 camas individuales de 90 x 200) y un sofá cama en el salón. Los dormitorios disponen de armario empotrado. El Salón-comedor tiene Smart TV de 55``, zona de comedor para 6 personas, y acceso directo a la terraza. El baño completo con cucha y mampara de cristal, secador de pelo y plancha de ropa. La cocina totalmente equipada: nevera, congelador, microondas, horno, lavadora, cafetera italiana, lavavajillas, tostadora, hervidor, etc.
Todas los dormitorios y salón disponen de split de aire frío y calor.
La plaza de garaje de 22 m2 se encuentra en el mismo edificio.
A tener en cuenta:La cuna tiene un coste adicional de 5 € / díaKit de bebé (cuna, baño + silla alta) cuesta 10 € / día.El horario de entrada es de las 15:00 a 21:00. Si desea inscribirse después de las 21.00 horas.

Este último servicio tiene un cargo extra de 50 EUR pagaderos a la llegada.Por favor, avísanos con antelación para poder organizarnos.Puede dejar el equipaje en nuestra oficina de la Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).Todos los huéspedes mayores de 16 años tendrán que firmar el registro policial.Por favor, no olvide que le pediremos una fianza reembolsable a su llegada.
