It's a Victorian 3 bedroom apartment, spacious and luminous, built in 1890 we renovated it and kept as many original details as possible. The areas are very generous and the location is fantastic. Situated downtown in the historic area of the city of Setúbal, you can walk anywhere from here - supermarkets, bakeries, eateries, sports, wineries, bars and Uber Eats - and have access to everything you need. We have 3 bedrooms. Two areas for working space - the big dining table and a dedicated desk space in the 2nd bedroom. The WI-FI is great, speedy and a house great to work from. You're 5min away from the ferry boat to Tróia which you can visit by foot. You can also enjoy the mountain and outdoor activities if you fancy, because there's a strong culture of mountain cycling & sailing in the city.
