Habitación en piso reformado en la calle Torrecedeira, al lado de zonas verdes, el centro histórico a 5 minutos andando, 5 supermercados, la universidad de ingeniería y el auditorio Mar de Vigo - Universidad UNED y las 2 bibliotecas más grandes, y enfrente del gimnasio más barato de Vigo 20€/mes, todo al lado del mar y con la parada del bus para la universidad de Vigo enfrente. Muy luminoso, y con todas las instalaciones nuevas.Salón con Smart TV, cocina con lavavajillas, lavadero con lavadora y secadora, plancha... dos baños, tres habitaciones y una terraza con sofás y mesa para disfrutar de los días de verano que se avecinan con los compañeros y amigos de la universidad.La habitación que se alquila es muy luminosa, y los muebles son nuevos desde las mesitas auxiliares, lámpara, armario, cama de 135cm, almohada visco confort, sábanas y edredón, zapatero y escritorio.Hay otras dos habitaciones con las misma condiciones pero más pequeñas que también se pueden alquilarWifi gratuito en toda la casa.
