This villa is located next to the beaches of Costa da Caparica and close to Lisbon, but away from the hustle, you can spend some calm and relaxing days enjoying our fantastic outdoor space, with a swimming pool and a porch perfect for summer days.This was my grandmother's house, which I am gradually transforming and remodeling every part of. The house has two independent floors and on the top floor lives a very nice couple, Ray and Silas.
On the outside of the villa, we also have a large area where I built two annexes, a wooden house where the fantastic and adorable Amira lives, a German girl who decided to choose Portugal to work and live.
And in the other annex, the lovely Daniel, a Brazilian who is working in Lisbon.
This is how this small community of nice, calm and lovely people who love living here was born. We all respect each other and only the outside space and laundry room are shared with the other residents of this villa.The villa is located in Charneca da Caparica, 5 min from a bus stop, (destination: Faculdade do Monte, Pragal Station, Cacilhas, Forum Almada, Lisbon, etc.)

Casa partilhada comigo Ana Rita e o outro colega de casa, Tomás e duas cadelinhas fofas, Duka e Ary que vão derreter o seu coração. A casa tem uma casa de banho, sala de estar, cozinha equipada e lavandaria.
Esta vivenda fica junto das praias da Costa da Caparica e perto de Lisboa mas fora da confusão e do caos, pode passar uns dias calmos e relaxantes aproveitando o nosso espaço exterior fantástico, com piscina e um alpendre perfeito para os dias de Verão.Esta era a casa da minha avó que eu aos poucos estou a transformar e remodelar cada parte. A casa tem dois andares independentes e no andar de cima mora um casal muito simpático, Ray e Silas.
Na parte exterior da vivenda, temos ainda uma grande área onde eu construí dois anexos, uma casinha de madeira onde vive a fantástica e adorável Amira, uma rapariga alemã que decidiu escolher Portugal para trabalhar e viver.
E no outro anexo mora o Daniel, de nacionalidade brasileira que trabalha em Lisboa.
Assim nasceu esta pequena comunidade de pessoas fixes, descontraídas e que adoram viver cá. Todos nos respeitamos uns aos outros e apenas é partilhado o espaço exterior e lavandaria com os outros moradores desta vivenda. A vivenda fica situado na Charneca da Caparica a 5 min de paragem de autocarro, (com destino: Faculdade do Monte, Estação do Pragal, Cacilhas, Fórum Almada, Lisboa e etc)
