In this beautiful and comfortable house you will enjoy the peace of being in the outskirts of an interior village but with all comforts. Outside you can refresh in the beautiful swimming pool sizing 5 x 3 metres and with a 1.5 metres depth. After the dip, nothing like sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or having a drink under the porch while cooking the barbecue. By the house entrance there is another sitting area to have lunch or dinner with your loved ones enjoying the amazing Majorcan weather. The property is within the village and it has direct neighbours. The 130 m2 two storey house has been restored so that you will enjoy all comforts during your stay. In the living room you can have a rest on one of the sofas, watch TV or take a little siesta. Then the dining area suitable for 4 people. Finally the kitchen, basically equipped to cook during your vacation, including a ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a little table for morning breakfasts. The laundry is located by the kitchen and it features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. Two of the three bedrooms are also on the ground floor. One with a double be and the other with twin beds, and both with a fan and a closet. Two bathrooms complete this floor, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, for the whole accommodation. Going upstairs you will find the last twin bedroom which also presents a fan and a closet. If you are travelling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and a high chair too. The house is located in the village of Algaida, where you will find all basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, shops, bars and traditional food restaurants. You can visit the Can Gordiola glassworks, or reach the Puig de Randa and admire some beautiful views over the island. El Arenal is the nearest beach, with all services and a great atmosphere. View more View less Das Dorfhaus mit Privatpool befindet sich am Ortsrand von Algaida und heißt 6 Gäste willkommen. Das Ferienhaus lädt zu authentischen und ruhigen Ferien in einem typisch mallorquinischen Ort ein. An heißen Sommertagen möchte man den 5m x 3m großen Pool gar nicht mehr verlassen und nur zwischen den Sonnenliegen hin und her pendeln. Noch zwei Eckdaten zum Schwimmbad: es wird mit Chlor sauber gehalten und ist 1.5m tief. Die kleine Veranda ist ein schattiges Plätzchen für ein Frühstück oder einen Grillabend. Das Haus befindet sich im Ort und daher gibt es direkte Nachbarn. Das 130m2 große, zweistöckige Haus wurde im Jahr 2010 renoviert. Das freundliche Wohn-Esszimmer hat ein gemütliches Sofa und einen Esstisch, wo vier Gäste Platz finden. Die Küche weist die wichtigste Grundausstattung auf, darunter ein Cerankochfeld, Geschirrspüler, ein paar Kochutensilien und einen kleinen Frühstückstisch. En esta bonita y cómoda casa podrás disfrutar de la tranquilidad de encontrarse a las afueras de un pueblo de interior pero disfrutando de todas las comodidades. En el exterior podrás refrescarte en la bonita piscina de cloro que mide 5 x 3 metros y que tiene una profundidad de 1.5 metros. Después del baño, nada como tomar el sol en una de las tumbonas, o tomar una copa bajo el porche mientras preparamos la barbacoa. Junto a la entrada de la casa vas a encontrar otra zona en la que poder comer y cenar en familia disfrutando del increíble clima mallorquín. La casa se encuentra dentro del pueblo y hay vecinos directos.La casa de 130 m2 se distribuye en dos plantas que han sido restauradas para que puedas disfrutar de todas las comodidades durante tu estancia. En el salón podrás descansar en uno de los sofás, ver la televisión o echar una pequeña siesta. A continuación la zona de comedor que tiene capacidad para 4 comensales. Por último la cocina, equipada con lo indispensable para cocinar en vacaciones que incluye cocina de vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, y una pequeña mesa con sillas para los desayunos. Junto a la cocina está la zona de lavandería con lavadora, plancha y tabla de planchar. En la planta baja vas a encontrar los dos primeros dormitorios, uno con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas individuales, y ambos con ventilador y armario. La planta baja se completa con dos baños, uno con bañera y el otro con ducha, que dan servicio a toda la casa. Subiendo las escaleras encontrarás el último dormitorio, también con dos camas individuales, ventilador y armario. Si viajas con un bebé, podemos prepararte una cuna y una trona. La casa se encuentra en el pueblo de Algaida donde podrás encontrar todos los servicios básicos para una estancia independiente: una tienda de comestibles, bares y restaurantes de comida tradicional mallorquina.
