Those provide our guests with landscaped areas that surround a terrace and a porch where you can have breakfast, make a barbecue or simply take a glass of wine or champagne. There are 3 available sun loungers to sunbathe or read a book, although the latter will surely appeal to you on the upper terrace, a more private place!It is a two-storey house. On the ground floor, a living-dining room features two sofas, a coffee table, TV-Sat, A/C and a modern dining table. The kitchen provides our guests with ceramic hob, A/C and everything necessary to cook. The floor is completed with a double bed bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. Upstairs, you will find another bathtub bathroom and three more dormitories, two with a double bed of them with and the last one with two twin beds. Two of these bedrooms have an exit to the upper terrace. All the dormitories have wardrobe and A/C. A crib and a baby chair can be provided upon request. There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.The house is located close to the road, so it is easily accessible. Beach lovers find here their paradise, since Playa de Muro beach is characterized by its fine sand and crystal-clear waters. It is also really suitable for kids, as it has shallow depth and not strong swell. Very close to it, there is Puerto de Alcúdia area, which is more lively with endless shops, bars and restaurants. De buitenkant is heel mooi. Ze bieden onze gasten aangelegde ruimtes rondom een terras en een veranda waar je kunt ontbijten, barbecueën of gewoon een glas wijn of champagne drinken. Er zijn 3 ligstoelen beschikbaar om te zonnebaden of een boek te lezen, hoewel dat laatste je zeker zal bevallen op het bovenste terras, een meer privé plek!Het is een huis met twee verdiepingen. Op de begane grond is een woon-eetkamer met twee banken, een salontafel, TV-Sat, A/C en een moderne eettafel. De keuken biedt onze gasten een keramische kookplaat, airco en alles wat nodig is om te koken. De verdieping is compleet met een slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en twee badkamers met douche. Boven vind je nog een badkamer met bad en nog drie slaapzalen, twee met een tweepersoonsbed en de laatste met twee eenpersoonsbedden. Twee van deze slaapkamers hebben een uitgang naar het bovenste terras. Alle slaapzalen hebben een kledingkast en airco. Een wieg en een kinderstoel kunnen op verzoek worden verstrekt. Er is ook een wasmachine, een strijkijzer en een strijkplank.Het huis ligt dicht bij de weg, dus het is gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Strandliefhebbers vinden hier hun paradijs, want het strand van Playa de Muro wordt gekenmerkt door fijn zand en kristalhelder water. Sono disponibili 3 lettini per prendere il sole o leggere un libro, anche se quest'ultimo vi piacerà sicuramente sulla terrazza superiore, un luogo più riservato!Si tratta di una casa a due piani. Al piano terra, il soggiorno-sala da pranzo dispone di due divani, un tavolino, TV-Sat, aria condizionata e un moderno tavolo da pranzo. La cucina mette a disposizione dei nostri ospiti piano cottura in vetroceramica, A/C e tutto il necessario per cucinare. Il piano è completato da una camera da letto matrimoniale e da due bagni con doccia. Al piano superiore, troverete un altro bagno con vasca e altri tre dormitori, due con letto matrimoniale e l'ultimo con due letti singoli. Due di queste camere hanno un'uscita sulla terrazza superiore. Tutti i dormitori sono dotati di armadio e aria condizionata. Su richiesta possono essere forniti una culla e un seggiolino per bambini. En la planta baja, un salón-comedor cuenta con dos sofás, una mesa de centro, TV-Sat, A/C y una moderna mesa de comedor. La cocina pone a disposición de nuestros huéspedes vitrocerámica, A/C y todo lo necesario para cocinar. La planta se completa con un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y dos cuartos de baño con ducha. Arriba, encontrará otro cuarto de baño con bañera y tres dormitorios más, dos de ellos con cama de matrimonio y el último con dos camas individuales. Au rez-de-chaussée, le salon-salle à manger dispose de deux canapés, d'une table basse, de TV-Sat, de la climatisation et d'une table à manger moderne. La cuisine est équipée d'une plaque vitrocéramique, de la climatisation et de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. L'étage est complété par une chambre à lit double et deux salles de bains avec douche.
