Vanta una meravigliosa piscina di acqua salata -di dimensioni 5,5 x 4 metri e con una profondità dell'acqua che varia da 0,9 a 1,2 metri-. La piscina è circondata da un'area pavimentata in pietra dove è possibile prendere il sole sui 5 lettini o godersi una lettura e un drink nell'area salotto esterna. Poi troverai il portico in stile maiorchino dove potrai grigliare deliziose verdure e carni che potrai gustare sulla terrazza, all'aperto. All'esterno troverai anche un WC esterno.Entrando dalla strada verrete accolti da un imponente salone che funge anche da zona pranzo. Da qui troverai l'accesso alle diverse stanze come la bellissima zona giorno -con aria condizionata-, dove puoi guardare la Smart-TV. Qui si trova la porta della piscina e della terrazza, così come l'accesso alla sala da pranzo principale. Successivamente si trova la cucina attrezzata con piano cottura in vetroceramica, accesso esterno e zona lavanderia (lavatrice, ferro e asse da stiro).
