L'appartamento si trova al primo piano della palazzina senza ascensore. Sulla terrazza sul tetto potrete godere di un'ampia terrazza con vista sublime sulla baia di Alcudia. Il terrazzo è attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per 4 persone, due lettini ed un ombrellone. Anche gli altri vicini hanno accesso al terrazzo, anche se ogni appartamento ha il proprio spazio e i propri mobili.C'è una moderna zona soggiorno-pranzo con vista sul mare dove puoi rilassarti guardando un film sulla TV satellitare. La cucina a pianta aperta è completamente attrezzata, compreso un piano cottura in vetroceramica. Entrambe le camere hanno due letti singoli ciascuna e c'è un bagno con doccia. Su richiesta è possibile preparare una culla e un seggiolone. Inoltre c'è la lavatrice, il ferro e l'asse da stiro. Se ci visiti durante l'inverno, il riscaldamento è centralizzato.L'alloggio si trova sul lungomare, luogo vivace durante il periodo estivo e vicino a ristoranti, negozi, supermercati, bar, e alla spiaggia di sabbia a grana fine dove è possibile noleggiare lettini e ombrelloni o praticare sport acquatici. A 10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla spiaggia di Ses Casetes des Capellans dove potrete gustare una buona paella in uno dei ristoranti. Inoltre, potrai visitare il centro storico di Alcúdia e Pollença, il parco naturale di S'Albufera o le Grotte di Campanet.
