Every Sunday morning at 11:00, beginning from June the 8th, the owner organize guided tours in the botanical garden“La Soldanella". The tours last approximately one hour, depending on the season and which plants and flowers are in bloom and are free of charge.The price includes:

La villa, de construction récente, a des sols carrelés de couleur gris clair partout et ses installations, aménagements et meubles sont tous d'un très haut niveau.La partie sud de l'appartement avec salle de bain n'a pas de barrières architecturales et peut donc également accueillir des personnes handicapées.
Depuis le jardin, on entre dans le grand salon qui dispose de deux canapés qui se transforment en quatre lits simples. Dans ce salon, il y a deux coins cuisine entièrement équipés avec une cuisinière à gaz, un four à gaz, un réfrigérateur/congélateur, un grille-pain, des machines à moka italienne et à café filtre, une bouilloire, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Il y a une cheminée et une table pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes.
Il y a deux chambres chacune avec un lit double et un lit simple. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain attenante avec douche.
Dans le jardin, ombragé par des marronniers et avec vue sur la piscine, il y a deux espaces de détente joliment meublés avec un belvédère avec des rideaux, une table en travertin et des chaises et canapés en fer forgé avec des coussins confortables. Il y a deux barbecues et deux douches extérieures.
L'appartement est très bien meublé et il y a le chauffage central.
