De villa heeft een maximale capaciteit van 6 tot 14 personen.In deze unit bieden wij alleen het huis aan, met een maximale capaciteit van 6 personen. In augustus moet het huis verhuurd worden inclusief de vier appartementen.Het huis biedt een eetkamer (open haard, TV), een volledig uitgeruste keuken (magnetron, vaatwasser, gasfornuis, wasmachine). Het heeft 3 slaapkamers; 2 tweepersoonsbedden van 135x190cm en 1 tweepersoonskamer (2 enkele bedden van 90x190cm) en 2 badkamers met douches (waarvan 1 in de garage).
