Das ehemalige Nebengebäude des Hotels Excelsior Palace, das den Ruhm des Lido von Venedig und seiner elegantesten und begehrtesten städtischen Wohngegend begründete, liegt an einem der schönsten Strände der Welt, einem natürlichen Sandstrand, der mit malerischen kleinen Hütten und Einrichtungen mit jeglichem Komfort übersät ist. Ein komplettes Renovierungsprojekt hat es mit den modernsten Dienstleistungen und dem Strand, zu dem es einen direkten Zugang hat, bereichert. Wir betreten unsere herrliche Wohnung, und das erste, was uns auffällt, ist der Blick auf die Adria, die mit dem Horizont verschmilzt, denn ursprünglich war unsere Einheit in zwei Wohnungen unterteilt, die später zusammengelegt wurden. Das macht uns klar, dass die Geräumigkeit ein Vorrecht unserer Immobilie ist.
Die Wohnung ist wie folgt aufgeteilt: im Erdgeschoss befinden sich die Küche, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Vorraum, der als Abstellraum genutzt werden kann, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank und ein Badezimmer, das mit allem ausgestattet ist, was wir brauchen. Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der sehr große Wohnbereich, dessen gesamte Fassade aus Fenstertüren besteht, die es uns ermöglichen, die große Terrasse zu nutzen, auf der wir ein Getränk trinken oder ein Buch lesen können, während wir uns vom Rauschen der Wellen des Meeres, die mit einem Fingerschnippen erscheinen, einlullen und transportieren lassen. Über die Treppe gelangen wir in das Obergeschoss, wo die Privatsphäre mit einem schönen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und eigenem Bad, das ebenfalls mit allem Komfort ausgestattet ist, an erster Stelle steht. Questo ci fa capire come l'ampiezza degli spazi sia una prerogativa del nostro immobile.
L'appartamento si compone così seguente: al piano terra troviamo la cucina, una camera ampia con due letti singoli, un ingresso da poter usare per le cianfrusaglie, una cabina armadio pass throught ed un bagno dotato di tutto il necessario, sempre al piano terra abbiamo la zona living molto ampia con tutta la facciata composta da porte finestre che ci permettono di usufruire della grande terrazza da cui poter sorseggiare un drink o leggere un libro mentre ci lasciamo cullare e trasportare dal rumore delle onde del mare che ci appaiono ad uno schiocco di dita. Prendiamo la scala che ci porta al piano superiore dove la privacy la fa da padrone con una graziosa camera matrimoniale con bagno privato anch'esso dotato di tutti i comfort.
