Nella camera da letto è stato posato un parquet esotico di grande formato, progettato appositamente per il massaggio dei piedi. I piani sono collegati da una scala interna in vetro e inox, nella stanza del piano superiore è stato posato un parquet esotico ad alta lucentezza, la terrazza è piastrellata con piastrelle in pietra lucida bianca 80x80 cm e la ringhiera è in vetro temperato. Il pavimento della zona d'ingresso, della cucina e del piccolo bagno è piastrellato con piastrelle in pietra lucida grigia di dimensioni 60x30 cm. La parete ovest del soggiorno e della terrazza è rivestita in pietra – muro a secco, le altre pareti del soggiorno sono dipinte con vernice Seiden latex con effetto finale bianco d’oro.
