Esta zona apresenta uma grande procura pela proximidade do Parque das Nações, mas sem atingir esses valores bem altos, e também sem atingir os valores típicos da cidade de Lisboa... também bem altos.
Atualmente com o Metro a chegar a esta antiga Vila permite ter acesso a toda a cidade, por este meio de transporte, se bem que reforçado pelo apoio da estação de Comboios Urbanos e ainda para mais é excelentemente bem servida de autocarros.
Um pormenor que escapa na maioria dos casos:
- Sendo um 1º andar e com acesso ao terraço, permite ter o conforto de não estar no r/c (ou mesmo cave) e ter as pessoas a passar junto às janelas, ou com acesso fácil ao logradouro;
- Mais importante, não tem os problemas que outros acabam sempre por evidenciar por estarem situados num r/c ou cave... as humidades que entram no apartamento pelo contacto com o terreno (sem que exista uma caixa de ar);
Mesmo em apartamentos recentemente remodelados acabam, com o tempo, por ter esta situação, e claro obrigando a um futuro custo que não estava previsto.
Nota: Como habitualmente na zona de Moscavide, este é um prédio que não tem elevador.
Não perca esta oportunidade, pois não é uma apartamento que habitualmente surja no mercado...
