Solar com história, cuja data de construção remonta ao seculo XVII, com uma capela de devoção a Sao Sebastiao do sec. O terreno da Quinta e muito fertil e tem bastante agua no subsolo.Com uma área coberta de 1.533,1 m^2 e 322.642,5 m^2 de terreno dos quais actualmente 3 ha de vinha, olival, varias arvores de fruto, prados, assim como algumas manchas de carvalhos. Nos jardins predominam as camélias e duas bonitas galerias de buxos que datam do séc. XIX.Constitui um espaço ideal à prática vinicola no coração da região demarcada do Dão, com possibilidades adicionais multiplas, como o desenvolvimento do turismo ou de uma unidade de cuidados de saúde dada a proximidade de 2 grandes centros urbanos, Viseu e Coimbra.O concelho é atravessado pelo rio Dão onde encontramos a Ecopista do Dão, que resultou do aproveitamento de uma linha ferroviária desactivada que ligava este conselho à cidade de Viseu, infraestrutura ao longo deste curso de água, por entre uma mancha florestal onde se podem identificar várias espécies como, Carvalhos, Castanheiros e Sobreiros.
