Gracias a una cuidadosa restauración, las piedras originales se recuperan en la estructura del edificio, que se divide en siete cómodos apartamentos con nombres evocativos del área. Ancienne propriété datant du 15ème siècle, au cur de la Toscane, entièrement rénovée et très stylée. La maison compte sept beaux appartements confortables et agréables. Sur la propriété, vous trouverez de tout pour vous divertir : un grand jardin, barbecue, piscine (14 x 6,5 x 1,5 m), court de tennis/terrain de football et surtout une situation centrale pour partir à la découverte de la Toscane (région du Chianti) : Florence se trouve à 30 minutes de route, Arezzo à moins de 50 minutes et Sienne à une heure. Les propriétaires organisent des excursions vers différentes villes culturelles dans les environs et à des dégustations de vins. Le logement se situe près d'une route provinciale. Gli scorci del paesaggio, con le sinuose colline che scendono dal Pratomagno, si incorniciano nelle finestre come incantevoli acquerelli, offrendosi all'ospite in tutta la loro fresca bellezza. Dit romantische landhuis in Reggello is voorzien van een gezamenlijk zwembad en bevindt zich in het hart van Toscane. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers die in totaal 6 personen kunnen accommoderen. Dit is de ideale optie voor een gezinsvakantie. Het romantische stulpje ligt op een kleine 40 km afstand van Firenze. In Firenze is vermaak te vinden voor jong en oud. De zee is 143 km verderop te vinden, in de bekende Italiaanse badplaats Cecina. Deze vakantievilla is voorzien van een tuin die is ingericht met comfortabel tuinmeubilair.
