In der oberen Etage befinden sich fünf weitere Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad. Vom Wohnbereich unten haben Sie direkten Zugang zur großen Terrassenfläche mit Grill und Gartenmöbeln. Das geräumige Feriendomzil liegt auf einem großen, hübsch angelegten Rasengrundstück mit parkähnlicher Ausdehnung. Sie wohnen hier nur etwa 1,5 km vom Schloss Gram entfernt. In der Umgebung von Gram gibt es reichlich Gelegenheit zum Angeln und so steht am Ferienhaus eine Filetierbank bereit, zudem gibt es extra Gefrierkapazität für den Fang. Auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück findet man gute Gelegenheiten zum Ballspielen, aber es gibt hinter dem Haus ein Fußballtor. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen erwünscht!

Dobrze wyposażony domek z beczką do sauny i dzikim kąpieliskiem położony w malowniczej okolicy w sercu południowej Jutlandii. W domku jest dużo miejsca dla 14 osób. Kontynuacją dużej, jasnej kuchni/jadalni jest sala zabaw z bilardem i dużym telewizorem, która jest naturalnym miejscem spotkań domu. Istnieje również duży salon z dodatkowym telewizorem. Z pokoju rodzinnego jest bezpośrednie wyjście na duży taras, na którym znajduje się grill i meble ogrodowe. Dom położony jest na dużej działce z ogrodem przypominającym park, tylko ok. 3 tys. 1500 m od Zamku Grama. W Gram jest mnóstwo okazji do łowienia ryb, a przy domu znajduje się miejsce do sprzątania i duża zamrażarka do zamrażania ryb.
