The sleeping loft has a low ceiling height, 1.45 m as a maximum in the middle. Which allows a person of medium height to sit in bed. But you can not stand up on the sleeping loft. The size of the house makes it perfect for a couple or maybe small family, as a eg a travel cot would fit up in the sleeping loft. If the family of four is attracted to this cottage, you could have the children in the sleeping loft and the adults sleeping down on the sofa bed and thus also in the evening have access to both kitchen, TV and the lovely terrace. The cottage has a new AC installed in May 2022, for a pleasant stay in the cottage even during hot summer days. Enjoy the summer on Öland on this terrace which has got the best view from the owner's plot. Summer breakfasts or why not long warm evenings out here overlooking the Kalmar Sound. In addition to a fantastic view, this cottage also offers a perfect starting point for exploring Öland while being only 15km from Kalmar and all the city has to offer. Klein aber fein, so könnte man diese Ferienunterkunft ganz kurz umschreiben. Sie bietet anderthalb Etagen und eine bestens ausgenutzte Wohnfläche. Das 2020 frisch renovierte Häuschen bietet eine moderne Küchenzeile und ein modernes Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und zudem Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Offener Küchen-/Wohnbereich für das Familienleben, darüber der niedrige Hems mit zwei Schlafplätzen auf dem Boden. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist zugleich eine doppelte Schlafcouch, die ggf. in ein Doppelbett umgewandelt werden kann. Andernfalls befinden sich zwei Schlafplätze oben auf dem Hems, mit Zugang über eine schmale Treppe. Der Hems hat eine Raumhöhe von max. 145 cm (mittig), so kann man maximal aufrecht im Bett sitzen, aber nicht normal stehen. Die Größe des Hauses macht es perfekt für ein Paar oder vielleicht eine kleine Familie, da beispielsweise noch ein Reisebettchen auf den Hems passen würde. Wenn eine Familie mit zwei größeren Kindern anreist, könnte man diese z.B. oben auf dem Hems einquartieren, um abends freien Zugang zu Küche, Fernseher und der schönen Terrasse zu haben. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine neue Klimaanlage, die im Mai 2022 installiert wurde, um auch an heißen Sommertagen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus zu bieten. Einen Glanzpunkt des Hauses stellt die herrliche Terrassenfläche dar, mit weitem Ausblick bis zum Kalmar Sund und zur Brücke Ölandsbron. Genießen Sie die Sommertage auf Öland auf dieser Terrasse, die vom gemeinschaftlichen Grundstück aus die beste Aussicht bietet. Neben der großartigen Aussicht bietet die Unterkunft auch eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge auf Öland sowie zur nur 15 km entfernten Kleinstadt Kalmar mit historischem Kern. Geradeaus weiter findet man vom Haus aus in Richtung Meer das Badeufer von Saxnäs, zudem liegt dort auch der Campingplatz Kronocamping Saxnäs mit Gaststätte, Eiskiosk, Sauna, Pool etc.
Pequeña pero perfectamente planificada, eso es lo que es esta casita. Dividido en 1.5 pisos, ¡todo lo que necesita puede caber! La cabaña está recién renovada y tiene una cocina nueva y un baño nuevo. La cocina está abierta a un comedor y sala de estar. Lo que lleva a lo mejor con esta casa de campo, la fantástica terraza pero con vistas a Kalmar Sound y Ölandsbron. El sofá de la sala de estar es un sofá cama que se puede convertir en una cama doble si se desea; de lo contrario, hay 2 lugares para dormir en el altillo de arriba. El altillo tiene una altura de techo baja, 1,45 m como máximo en el medio. Lo que permite que una persona de mediana estatura se siente en la cama. Pero no puedes pararte en el altillo. El tamaño de la casa la hace perfecta para una pareja o tal vez una familia pequeña, ya que, por ejemplo, una cuna de viaje cabría en el desván. Si la familia se siente atraída por cuatro de esta cabaña, podría tener a los niños en el altillo y a los adultos durmiendo en el sofá cama y de esta manera también por la noche tener acceso a la cocina, la TV y la hermosa terraza. Disfrute del verano en Öland en esta terraza que tiene la mejor vista desde la parcela del propietario. Desayunos de verano o por qué no largas tardes cálidas aquí con vistas al Kalmar Sound. Además de una vista fantástica, esta casa de campo también ofrece un punto de partida perfecto para explorar Öland mientras se encuentra a solo 15 km de Kalmar y de todo lo que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer. Le chalet a été récemment rénové et dispose à la fois d'une nouvelle cuisine et d'une nouvelle salle de bain. La cuisine est ouverte sur un coin repas et un salon. Ce qui mène au meilleur avec ce cottage, la fantastique terrasse mais la vue sur Kalmar Sound et Ölandsbron. Le canapé du salon est un canapé-lit qui peut être transformé en lit double si vous le souhaitez, sinon il y a 2 couchages dans la mezzanine au dessus. La mezzanine a une faible hauteur sous plafond, 1,45 m maximum au milieu. Ce qui permet à une personne de taille moyenne de s'asseoir dans son lit. Mais vous ne pouvez pas vous lever dans la mezzanine. La taille de la maison la rend parfaite pour un couple ou peut-être une petite famille, comme par exemple un lit de voyage conviendrait à la mezzanine. Si la famille est attirée par quatre de ce cottage, vous pouvez avoir les enfants dans la mezzanine et les adultes dormir sur le canapé-lit et ainsi avoir accès le soir à la cuisine, à la télévision et à la belle terrasse. Profitez de l'été à Öland sur cette terrasse qui a la meilleure vue depuis la parcelle du propriétaire. Petits déjeuners d'été ou pourquoi pas de longues soirées chaudes ici avec vue sur le détroit de Kalmar. Il cottage è stato recentemente ristrutturato e dispone sia di una nuova cucina che di un nuovo bagno. La cucina è aperta su una zona pranzo e una zona giorno. Il che porta al meglio con questo cottage, la fantastica terrazza ma con vista su Kalmar Sound e Ölandsbron. Il divano in soggiorno è un divano letto che può essere trasformato in un letto matrimoniale se lo si desidera, altrimenti ci sono 2 posti letto nel soppalco sopra. Il soppalco ha un'altezza del soffitto bassa, al massimo 1,45 m al centro. Che consente a una persona di media altezza di sedersi nel letto. Ma non puoi stare in piedi nel soppalco. Le dimensioni della casa lo rendono perfetto per una coppia o forse una piccola famiglia, come ad esempio un lettino da viaggio si adatterebbe nel soppalco. Se la famiglia è attratta da quattro di questa villetta, potreste avere i bambini nel soppalco e gli adulti che dormono sul divano letto e in questo modo anche la sera avere accesso sia alla cucina che alla TV e al grazioso terrazzo. Mały, ale doskonale zaplanowany, taki właśnie jest ten mały domek. Podzielony na 1,5 piętra, wszystko, czego potrzebujesz, może się zmieścić! Domek jest świeżo wyremontowany i posiada zarówno nową kuchnię, jak i nową łazienkę. Kuchnia jest otwarta na jadalnię i część dzienną. Co prowadzi do tego, co najlepsze w tym domku, fantastyczny taras, ale widoki na Kalmar Sound i Ölandsbron. Sofa w salonie to rozkładana sofa, którą w razie potrzeby można przekształcić w podwójne łóżko, w przeciwnym razie na poddaszu sypialnym powyżej znajdują się 2 miejsca do spania. Poddasze sypialne ma niską wysokość sufitu, maksymalnie 1,45 m pośrodku. Co pozwala osobie o średnim wzroście siedzieć w łóżku. Ale nie możesz wstać na poddaszu do spania. Wielkość domku sprawia, że idealnie nadaje się dla pary, a może nawet małej rodziny, gdyż na poddaszu sypialnym zmieści się np. łóżeczko turystyczne.
