In southern Småland you will find this incredibly charming cottage. Built in the 1820s and renovated by the owners to retain its contemporary feel, you have here a spacious and cozy accommodation for the large family or perhaps 2 families traveling together. The cottage is on the same plot as the owners' own summer cottage and shares the plot with them. The small lake that is nearby is also shared between the two cottages. Experience Småland in lovely rural surroundings but still be close to a lot because in only about 10 km you will get on the E4 and can go both north and south on excursions. The cabin consists of a cozy kitchen, large bathroom and a spacious living room. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed adjacent to the living room, and one with a single bed. On the second floor, which has a sloping ceiling, there is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a room with a bed that can be pulled out to double if desired and a sofa bed. This room is not as well insulated as the others and is mainly recommended during the summer months. Which means that a total of 9 people can live here, however, upon request, a sleeping place for an additional child can be arranged. There is a wood-burning sauna by the small lake that can be rented for SEK 1,000 a week, which includes a fixed amount of wood. There is also a wood-burning hot tub that can be rented for a week on request. If you want to swim somewhere other than the small lake, which is only about 40 m away, you have swimming spots 8-10 km away both at Strömsnäsbruk and Markaryd. In Markaryd there is also an indoor pool and in Strömsnäsbruk an outdoor pool in the summer with a pool and a baby pool. Markaryd's Moose Safari is also nearby.

Im südlichen Småland finden Sie dieses geräumige Ferienhaus mit besonders wohnlichem Charme. Erbaut wurde es in den 1820er Jahren und von den jetzigen Eigentümern selbst liebevoll renoviert, um sein zeitgenössisches Flair zu bewahren- Es gibt genug Platz im Haus für eine größere oder zwei befreundete Familien, jedoch nur ein Badezimmer. Das Ferienhaus steht auf demselben Grundstück wie das Sommerhaus der Eigentümer, sie teilen sich Grundstück. Der kleine See in der Nähe wird ebenfalls von beiden Häusern geteilt. Erleben Sie die herrlich ländliche Umgebung von Småland aus der Nähe. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge, denn in nur ca. 10 km gelangen Sie auf die E4 und können sowohl nach Norden als auch nach Süden fahren. Das Ferienhaus besteht aus einer gemütlichen Küche, einem großen Badezimmer und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss; eines mit Doppelbett liegt neben dem Wohnzimmer, das zweite mit einem Einzelbett. Oben im Dachgeschoss mit Dachschräge findet man das dritte Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett sowie das vierte ein Zimmer mit einem Bett, das auf Wunsch zu einem Doppelbett ausgezogen werden kann, und einem Schlafsofa. Dieses Zimmer ist nicht so gut isoliert wie die anderen und wird hauptsächlich in den Sommermonaten empfohlen. Somit können hier im Sommer insgesamt 9 Personen unterkommen, jedoch kann auf Wunsch ein Schlafplatz für ein weiteres Kind organisiert werden. Am kleinen See gibt es eine holzbeheizte Sauna, die für SEK 1.000 pro Woche dazugemietet werden kann, inkl. einer festgelegten Menge Holz.
