Welcome to a cozy house with a wood-burning sauna right by the lake with scenic surroundings in Bellö, Småland. Here you can really enjoy the peace and proximity to the lake. You have a terrace up by the house with outdoor furniture, deckchairs and a built-in barbecue where you can enjoy sunny days or enjoy in the shade under the beautiful Oxeln. A staircase leads you down to the wonderful wooden deck right by the lake. Here you can enjoy a cooling bath or why not take a trip with the included canoe (your own life jackets are included). The house is open up to the roof ridge for space and large glass sections so that you can enjoy the lovely view of the lake. There are two beds in the living room in front of the fireplace. You have a trinette kitchen with two plates and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Next to the nice wood-burning sauna in the house there is also a shower, WC and sink. A certain amount of firewood is included, if more is needed bring your own. You have two larger swimming areas in the immediate area. You have approx. 600 m to the municipal swimming area with beach, here there is a jetty, swimming raft, playground, fireplace and the "Sun Kiosk" which is open when the weather is nice. House 52817 is also rented out via Stugsommar/Dancenter if you are a larger group. Not rented out to youth groups. Charging of electric cars not permitted. Feel free to take beneficial walks in beautiful forest and nature. A visit to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby is usually popular with children. You can also visit Astrid Lindgren's childhood home Näs, Emil's Katthult and Bullerbyn. In Mariannelund is the film village where filming environments from classic films by Astrid Lindgren can be experienced. In the moose park in Skullaryd, you can go on a tractor safari, experience and feed moose and deer in their natural environment. Eksjö with Sweden's best preserved wooden town is well worth a visit. Willkommen in einem gemütlichen Ferienhäuschen mit holzbefeuerter Sauna direkt am Seeufer und malerischer Umgebung. Liegt in Bellö, im Bezirk Småland. Hier können Sie die Ruhe und die Nähe zum See so richtig genießen. Sie haben eine Terrasse oben am Haus mit Gartenmöbeln, Liegestühlen und einem eingebauten Grill, auf der Sie sonnige Tage verbringen können. Eine Treppe führt Sie hinunter auf die wunderschöne Holzterrasse direkt am Seeufer. Hier können Sie ein erfrischendes Bad nehmen oder mit dem zur Verfügung stehenden Kanu einen Ausflug unternehmen (bitte eigene Schwimmwesten mitbringen!). Die Decke im Häuschen ist bis zum Dachfirst offen, so gibt es Platz und große Glasflächen, damit Sie den herrlichen Seeblick genießen können. Es gibt zwei Betten im Wohnzimmer vor dem Kamin. Sie haben eine kleine Teeküche mit zwei Herdplatten und einen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach zur Verfügung. Neben der schönen holzbefeuerten Sauna im Bad gibt es auch eine Dusche, WC und Waschbecken. Eine bestimmte Menge Brennholz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Neben Ihrer eigenen Strandlinie findet man zwei größere Badeufer in unmittelbarer Nähe.
