Cozy house with the forest as the nearest neighbor in Kallgårdsmåla Holmsjö, where you are close to both the lake and the coast. Here you can rest, hike and really enjoy nature while you only have 30 km to Karlskrona with its nice sea baths and wide range of culture, restaurants and shopping. The house has a lovely veranda with a nice dining area. The balcony at the back is completely secluded, here you can enjoy the beautiful view of the forest and the sunset. You have a terrace both with and without a roof where there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill. The house has an open floor plan with a large living room that accommodates both a dining area and a sofa in front of the stove (firewood included). There is a TV here with a selection of channels 1-12. In the kitchen there is an exit to the balcony. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 160 cm, the other with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a WC, sink and shower. There are many lakes in the area, e.g. Allsjön with bathing jetty, small beach and clear water. In Karlskrona you can enjoy archipelago tours with Blekingetrafiken. Barnens Gård is usually popular with the younger ones. There is a grocery store in Rödeby, where there is also a swimming pool and an outdoor pool. Not allowed to charge electric cars. Pets are not welcome. 2 bicycles in existing condition are included when booking the accommodation.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit dem Wald als nächstem Nachbarn. Liegt bei Kallgårdsmåla Holmsjö, wo Sie sowohl in der Nähe des Sees als auch in Reichweite der Küste wohnen. Hier können Sie sich ausruhen, wandern und die Natur so richtig genießen! Es sind etwa 30 km bis nach Karlskrona mit seinen schönen Seebädern und einem großen Angebot an Kultur, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Ferienhaus hat eine schöne, verglaste Veranda mit Essplatz. Die Terrasse an der Rückseite des Hauses ist völlig uneinsehbar, hier können Sie die schöne Aussicht in den Wald und zum Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist eine teils überdachte Terrassenfläche mit Gartenmöbeln und einem Holzkohlegrill. Das Haus hat einen offenen Grundriss mit einem großen Wohnzimmer, in dem es sowohl einen Essbereich als auch ein Sofa vor dem Ofen (Brennholz inklusive) gibt. Nur schwedische Sender im TV. Von der Küche hat man Zugang zur Terrasse. Außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer im Haus; eines mit 160 cm breitem Doppelbett, das andere mit einem Etagenbett mit zwei Kojen. Das Badezimmer hat ein WC, Waschbecken und Dusche. Es gibt viele Seen in der Umgebung, z.B. Allsjön mit Badesteg, kleinem Strand und klarem Wasser.
