If you are into adventure, romance, nature and an old-fashioned and cozy atmosphere, then Sønderho is worth a visit. Holidays on Fanø are in themselves a fantastic way to spend a holiday. The island offers kilometers of sandy beaches, beautiful dunes, fantastic nature with wild animals, cozy small towns, shopping, crafts, art and much more. It is allowed to take the car on the beach and drive between Sønderho in the south and to Fanø Bad in the north. In Fanø's largest city, Nordby, you can experience a walk through the city's old narrow streets, where the thatched Fanø houses with their beautiful gardens lie side by side with cozy cafes, exciting shops and galleries.
